BULDING A BRIGHTER FUTURE :

FBDF recognizes the complex challenges faced by rural communities, particularly women, people with intellectual disabilities, and children/youths. We address these challenges through a comprehensive range of programs focused on empowerment, inclusion, and sustainability.

As such, FBDF addresses issues surrounding imbalances between the community and persons with disabilities by supporting initiatives aimed at creating an enabling environment for persons with disabilities in order to combat variances in cultural, moral, and religious values, especially in rural communities. This includes tackling long-term unemployment, economic stagnation, and inadequate education and personal development opportunities. FBDF has observed that the causes of poverty in rural communities are deep-rooted and complex.
